Dr. Jacquelynn Pleis has a career in education spanning over 25 years of public and private education in preschool through higher education systems. She is from Iowa, USA and currently lives in South Carolina where she is an Assistant Professor at Charleston Southern University preparing future educators. Her research interests include innovative pedagogy, student engagement, creativity, and faculty professional development. Jacquelynn is an active member of St. James United Methodist Church and loves to craft, read, and play board games with her husband and their two boys.
