Last month, KLC Arts hosted “Imaginative Encounters: Imagination, Presence and Place” at St Edward’s Church in Cambridge. We heard, amongst others, papers about C. S. Lewis on the imagination, how Willa Cather’s novels invite us into a re-imagination of place, and the transformative potential of acting – a veritable feast of ideas. We also enjoyed a feast in the form of Venezuelan arepas, and ended the day with a glass of wine.
We hope that the seeds planted at this event will sprout into new friendships, rigourous research, imaginative writing, and more great events in the future. To stay up to date with KLC Arts events and developments, subscribe to the KLC Arts bulletin here.
